This Acceptable Use Policy applies to everyone using SafeDeal / SafedealNG. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions.
1. Lawful use
You must comply with all applicable laws of Nigeria, including those relating to fraud, consumer protection, intellectual property, sanctions, anti-money laundering, and illegal trade.
2. Prohibited items and services
You must not list, sell, or facilitate anything illegal under Nigerian law, including (without limiting the generality of the foregoing) items or services that are banned, restricted, or require a licence or permit that you do not hold. Examples often include controlled drugs, weapons and ammunition where restricted, stolen or counterfeit goods, and other prohibited or regulated products. Category rules on the Platform may add stricter requirements.
3. Prohibited behaviour
You must not:
- harass, threaten, or defraud others;
- impersonate others;
- manipulate reviews or rankings;
- circumvent fees or escrow;
- introduce malware or abuse our systems;
- use the Platform for money laundering or terrorist financing;
- or post content that violates law or our published standards.
4. Enforcement
We may remove content, restrict accounts, suspend or terminate access, and report suspected offences to authorised authorities in Nigeria. We may cooperate with law enforcement as required by law.
5. Reporting
Report concerns with URLs, order references, and a clear description.
